These Terms govern your access to and use of KrakenCopy, an AI-assisted writing tool provided through krakencopy.com. By creating an account or using KrakenCopy, you agree to these Terms.

Use of KrakenCopy

You may use KrakenCopy to generate drafts, ideas, and writing support for lawful business or personal purposes. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publishing or sending it.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

KrakenCopy is offered as a paid monthly subscription. Billing is processed securely by Stripe. Unless canceled, subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal inside the app.

AI Output

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. KrakenCopy does not guarantee that generated content is error-free, original, legally compliant, or appropriate for every situation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KrakenCopy to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful content, or to interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Service Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of KrakenCopy as the product evolves.

Limitation of Liability

KrakenCopy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.
